Article Abstract
Four patients with Wegener's granulomatosis(WG)presented with unique neurologic manifestations.On initial presentation,these patients had multiple mononeuropathy,multiple cranial neuropathy,myelopathy,and cerebritis.This series demonstrates that WB can present with a spectrum of neurologic manifestations.
